Are there setup fees?
No. No onboarding fees, no activation charges, no platform access fees, no per-country setup. You pay the monthly per-employee rate, and nothing else, unless you opt into an add-on (immigration, contractor management). Migration from another EOR provider is included.
How does FX pricing work?
We apply a flat 0.5% FX markup on currency conversions, stated in your contract. There are no variable spreads, no hidden conversion fees, and no surprises on the invoice. If you pay an EU employee in EUR, there is no FX line at all.
What is included in EOR pricing?
Legal employment, payroll processing, local tax filings, statutory benefits administration, employment contracts, GDPR-compliant employee records, onboarding orchestration, and your dedicated Customer Success Manager. No separate fees for any standard service inside that scope.
How quickly can we onboard a new employee?
For most Western European countries, full operational readiness — contract signed, payroll set up, statutory registrations complete — is reached within ~5 business days, depending on local documentation. Higher-complexity jurisdictions take longer; your CSM will quote the timeline before you sign.
Is pricing country-specific?
Tier pricing (€449 / €419 / Custom) applies across our Western European launch markets in NL, DE, BE, FR. Other Western European countries are quoted on request. Poland and other Eastern European markets are priced separately due to different statutory cost structures. Any non-EU country is custom-quoted. You'll always see the country-specific price in writing before you sign.
Do you support visa sponsorship and immigration?
Yes. Immigration support is an add-on, priced from €1,500 per case depending on visa type and jurisdiction. We scope each case in writing before you commit.
What happens when we scale?
Per-employee rate decreases as you cross headcount tiers. At 25+ employees we structure a custom commercial proposal with volume tiering, named payroll lead, and a custom SLA. No penalties for growing, no mid-contract step-ups.
Do you support contractor management?
Yes. Contractor management is a standalone service from €29 per contractor / month. It can run alongside an EOR engagement, or independently for teams that only need contractor relationships.
Can we migrate from another EOR provider?
Yes. We run the full migration, employee record transfer, contract continuity, coordination with your outgoing provider. It's included as part of onboarding at no separate charge.
