Contract
Working hours: No more than 8hours per day, and no more than 48 hours per week.

Probation Period: 3 months but there is a possible extension to 6 months through managerial positions.
Minimum Wage: 2,300 RON (which is around 465 euros)
Termination: It is not allowed to terminate the contract at will. Contracts may be terminated on mutual agreement or a serious cause. Notice periods are different for employers and employees. For employers, it is 20 days, regardless of the contract. For employees, it is a maximum of 20 days for non-managerial positions, and for managerial positions - up to 45 days.
